Operating system

The operating system behind your service business.

Customer demand is being lost between first contact and paid work. Halvonis installs the system that captures that demand, converts it into booked jobs, and shows you what produced revenue.

Configured around your business. Activated deliberately.

The problem

The customer already found you.The job died in the gap.

A missed call goes unreturned. A message sits in a personal phone. A quote never gets sent. A booking falls off the calendar. Marketing spend has no visible result. These are not rare events — they are the default for most service businesses.

  • Missed callCustomer called while you were on a job
  • Stray messageReply sitting in a personal phone
  • Forgotten follow-upLead went cold — no one circled back
  • Unsent quotePrice was discussed, never formalized
  • Disconnected calendarJob agreed but never scheduled
  • Unclear marketing sourceSpending money, unclear what works

Every one of these is revenue that was already within reach.

Capture

Missed calls and messages become real opportunities.

When a configured business misses a call, Halvonis preserves the context and starts the recovery — keeping the customer connected instead of lost.

Illustrative missed-call recovery. Jordan M. calls about an exterior detail. The owner cannot answer, so the call is missed. Halvonis recognizes the missed opportunity, sends a recovery message, Jordan replies, and the conversation stays attached to an active customer opportunity. This is not a real client result. Recovery depends on configuration.

Illustrative product story. Not live customer data.

Recovery behavior depends on business configuration and connected services.

Convert

Turn conversations into booked, paid work.

From the first conversation through quote, owner review, booking, and deposit — one connected record keeps the job moving without things falling through.

Illustrative convert workflow for Jordan M., an exterior detail request. An active opportunity moves through conversation, quote preparation, owner approval, quote acceptance, booking, deposit confirmation where configured, and job readiness. Halvonis prepares actions but owner approval is required before the quote is sent. This is not a real client result. Payment shows status only, not card processing.

Illustrative product story. Not live customer data.

Not every workflow is active by default. Capabilities depend on configuration and connected services.

Create

Bring more customers to the front door.

Halvonis can help grow the amount of demand entering your business — through managed services such as website and search presence, advertising, review generation, and other acquisition work.

Illustrative demand engine. Website, Google, advertising, and reviews can send customer demand into Halvonis. Those signals converge and enter the same operating system used for capture and convert. Not every channel is active for every client. Advertising accounts and platform spend stay with the client. Halvonis management fees are separate. This is not a guarantee of leads, rankings, or advertising results.

Illustrative acquisition layer. Not live campaign data.

CREATE capabilities are managed services configured around each engagement. Scope, availability, and pricing vary. Halvonis does not operate a fully autonomous marketing engine.

Prove

See what actually produced business.

Halvonis connects the chain from lead source to job outcome — so you can see which activity became inquiries, which inquiries became booked work, and where measurable, what produced revenue.

Illustrative product story. Not live customer data. Jordan M. requested an exterior detail. Source: Google, connected. Inquiry: a call, connected. Opportunity: captured, connected. Booking: scheduled, connected. Job: completed, connected. Payment: recorded where connected. Outcome: source connected to the completed job where measurable, attributed to Google. Follow-up is not connected in this example. Attribution depends on configuration and connected services. This is not a real client result. Halvonis does not guarantee revenue or a specific business outcome.

Common questions

Straight answers.

Is Halvonis another CRM?

Halvonis is an operating system, not a contact database. It connects leads, conversations, quotes, bookings, payments, reviews, and attribution into one system configured around how your business works.

Do I need to replace everything I already use?

Not necessarily. Halvonis connects to services you may already use — phone, calendar, payments, messaging. What connects depends on your configuration.

What exactly gets configured?

Lead handling, customer communication, quoting, scheduling, payment workflows, follow-up, reviews, and reporting — scoped to what the business actually needs. Not every module is turned on for every business. If your business operates differently, the system is configured around those workflows rather than a rigid template.

Does Halvonis run advertising?

Halvonis can manage advertising campaigns as a service. You own your ad accounts. Halvonis receives appropriate manager access to run campaigns on your behalf. Your ad account, payment method, and data remain yours. Ad spend is not included in Halvonis pricing — you pay advertising platforms directly. Halvonis management fees are separate from media spend.

Is everything AI-controlled?

No. Halvonis uses automation where it helps — such as missed-call recovery and follow-up — but the system is configured around your business rules, and owner review is part of the process where it matters.

How does pricing work?

Pricing depends on the scope of the system: implementation complexity, modules, integrations, and ongoing management. There is no universal fixed price. Halvonis scopes each engagement around the business.

What happens after I contact Halvonis?

We review your inquiry, learn about your operation, and determine whether Halvonis is a fit. If it is, we scope the system around your business before any work or charges begin. There is no automated signup.

Can I start with one problem?

Yes. Some businesses start by solving a specific problem — such as missed-call recovery or lead follow-up — before implementing the complete system.

Stop losing work that already found you.

Tell us how your business operates. We'll determine whether Halvonis can fix what's leaking — and show you what a configured system looks like for your operation.
