Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Halvonis website and, where an authorized account exists, the Halvonis application. Last updated August 28, 2026.

The service

Halvonis provides software-enabled business systems and automation services for service businesses. Workflows are modular. Available capabilities depend on configuration and may change as the product develops. Nothing on the public website is a guarantee of revenue, bookings, or a specific business outcome.

Accounts

Operator accounts are issued to authorized users. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in credentials confidential. Public visitors may request access; request access is not automatic signup and does not create a production account by itself.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Halvonis, including by:

• attempting to access workspaces or data you are not authorized to use;
• interfering with the service, probing it except through documented interfaces you are allowed to use, or overloading it;
• using the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications;
• uploading content you do not have the right to use.

Customer and business content

Businesses remain responsible for the information they collect from their own customers and for complying with laws that apply to their trade, marketing, and communications. Halvonis processes operational data to provide the configured service.

Payments

If payment features are enabled for a business, charges are processed by the payment provider connected to that setup. Public pages on this website do not collect card numbers.

Availability

We work to keep Halvonis available, but the service is provided as-is and as-available. Features may be preview, limited, or not yet enabled for a given business.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Halvonis is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the website or application. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount paid to Halvonis for the service in the three months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if no amount was paid.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
